About the Role

As a Personal Banker at PNC, you are the bridge between customers and financial opportunity. You'll work in our Passaic branch to build lasting relationships with individuals and families, understanding their financial needs and guiding them toward solutions. Your bilingual Spanish proficiency will be essential to serving our growing Spanish-speaking customer base with confidence and care.

What You'll Do

• Open accounts and process banking services for new and existing customers
• Explain PNC's deposit products, credit options, and investment services to customers
• Assist customers with transactions, account inquiries, and general banking needs
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with customers who prefer either language
• Maintain accurate records and follow all regulatory and compliance procedures
• Build genuine customer relationships and identify opportunities to serve them better
• Work collaboratively with your branch team to create a positive experience for every customer

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking, retail, or financial services
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and listen actively
• Comfort with technology and banking systems
• Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
• Willingness to work as part of a diverse, inclusive team
• High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may require additional qualifications)
