Branch Manager

PNC Bank is hiring a Branch Manager to lead operations and drive customer success at one of our US locations. As a full-time member of our leadership team, you'll build and manage a high-performing branch, oversee financial operations, and create a workplace where every team member feels valued and empowered to serve our customers.

About the Role

In this position, you'll take ownership of branch performance across all dimensions—from sales and customer acquisition to operational efficiency and employee development. You'll report directly to your regional leadership and represent PNC Bank within your local market, building relationships with business owners and individuals seeking banking solutions tailored to their needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Manage and mentor a team of branch associates, fostering professional growth and maintaining high service standards
• Drive sales initiatives and business development to meet financial targets and grow our customer base
• Oversee cash management, security procedures, and risk mitigation
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve complex issues with professionalism
• Participate in community engagement and local business development activities
• Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results
