About the Role
This full-time Recruiter position is based in our North Charleston office and plays a central role in our B2B sales outsourcing operations. You'll source, evaluate, and place sales talent that builds the high-performing teams our clients depend on. Working closely with hiring managers and leadership, you'll manage the complete recruitment pipeline while helping Sales Focus Inc. deliver on its core mission of transforming business growth through strategic talent placement.
What You'll Do
- Source and identify qualified sales professionals through job boards, networking, and referral channels
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess alignment with client requirements and team culture
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing staffing demands
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, placement criteria, and market conditions
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding and placement
- Track recruitment metrics, report progress, and recommend process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience recruiting sales professionals or in B2B staffing environments
- Strong ability to assess sales talent and evaluate cultural and role fit
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Collaborative approach and comfort working with diverse stakeholders
