Role Overview

As Janitorial Account Manager with Integrity National Corporation, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You'll manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with cleaning crews, and drive accountability across assigned territories in the Tanner and Limestone County area.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule janitorial staff across assigned accounts, ensuring full coverage and service standards are met
• Conduct regular facility inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with client contracts and company standards
• Address client concerns, resolve service issues, and maintain strong working relationships with account stakeholders
• Track inventory, manage supplies, and optimize resource allocation across accounts
• Train and mentor janitorial personnel on proper procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
• Prepare reports on account performance, attendance, and service metrics for senior management
• Coordinate with Human Resources on staffing needs, performance reviews, and compliance matters

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in janitorial operations, facility management, or comparable supervisory role

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking multiple accounts
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings as needed
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant management certification a plus
