As a BDC/XDT Load Specialist at Lowe's, you'll play a vital part in our distribution and operations network. Your Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise from trucks, pallets, and containers with accuracy and attention to detail
• Organize and arrange inventory to maximize space and ensure safe, accessible storage
• Verify shipment contents against documentation and maintain accurate records
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines
• Operate material handling equipment in accordance with company guidelines and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding inventory status and operational needs
