About the Role

As a key member of the culinary team, you will help deliver fresh, made‑to‑order dishes that reflect the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. The role offers an hourly wage of $20.72. The position operates within a hotel that provides full service, contributing to breakfast, lunch, and dinner service for both hotel guests and the public.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor ingredient quality, manage portion control, and assist with inventory replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak periods.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen, preferably with exposure to a la carte or buffet service.
• Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.
