About the Role

This position leads Hilton's social, creator relations, and community strategy as part of our enterprise marketing and loyalty efforts. You'll be responsible for driving customer engagement and loyalty through authentic storytelling and strategic community building across digital channels.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategy that supports enterprise marketing and customer acquisition goals
• Build relationships with creators and thought leaders to expand Hilton's reach and authenticity
• Lead community engagement and loyalty initiatives that strengthen customer connections
• Direct teams to produce storytelling content that resonates with our audience
• Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to integrate social and community insights into broader initiatives
• Measure and optimize performance to drive business results
