About the Role

As our Night Auditor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our guests during overnight hours, managing all front desk operations and ensuring seamless hotel functioning when our team is at its smallest. This is a full-time position ideal for someone energized by the night shift and who thrives in a role that combines customer service, financial responsibility, and problem-solving.

What You'll Do

• Manage guest arrivals and departures during the night shift, processing check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and warmth
• Conduct end-of-day audits, reconciling front desk accounts, verifying charges, and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded
• Handle payment processing and cash management, maintaining strict accuracy with financial records
• Address guest concerns and requests promptly, resolving issues independently or coordinating with management as needed
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and the property is secure
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and communication records for the incoming day shift
• Monitor the property for security and safety, responding appropriately to any emergencies
• Manage hotel systems and the property management system with confidence and attention to detail
