What You'll Do

- Guide implementation teams through system configuration, integration, and quality assurance phases
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enable client adoption and proficiency
- Serve as the primary executive contact with clients, managing stakeholder expectations and alignment throughout projects
- Mentor junior consultants and develop high-performing delivery teams
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships and pursue new business prospects
