Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and genuine warmth, setting the tone for their experience
• Check in patients efficiently, verify demographic and insurance information, and collect necessary payment details
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate the clinic calendar to optimize member flow
• Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and clinical knowledge
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical systems and update member information as needed
• Coordinate seamlessly with clinical and administrative teams to support continuity of care

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a medical office, healthcare facility, or wellness-focused clinical setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse patient populations
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail in a multi-task environment
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and appointment scheduling software
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance billing practices, and healthcare operations
• Demonstrated passion for customer service and patient-centered care
