Lab Supervisor

About the Role

This is a full-time leadership position offering the opportunity to manage critical laboratory operations from a customer-facing perspective. You'll play a central role in ensuring our laboratory runs smoothly, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This supervisor role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment while managing both people and complex equipment systems.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day laboratory asset management and equipment operations
• Supervise and support site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
• Coordinate service activities and operational workflows to meet client requirements
• Manage laboratory inventory systems, ensuring accurate tracking and optimal stock levels
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules to ensure reliable operations
• Maintain operational documentation and compliance standards
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding service status and operational metrics
