About the Role

As a SAP EWM Manager on our Consulting & Managed Teams (CMT), you'll oversee the lifecycle of warehouse and supply chain transformation projects. You'll blend hands-on technical expertise with strategic client relationship management, ensuring implementations deliver measurable business value. Your leadership will span project planning, team coordination, quality assurance, and continuous optimization of warehouse operations across diverse industries.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) project implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and optimization
• Direct cross-functional teams of developers, consultants, and business analysts to deliver solutions on time and within scope
• Partner with clients to translate business needs into technical requirements and process improvements
• Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure solutions meet client performance standards
• Mentor team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing across the SAP practice
• Identify process optimization opportunities and recommend enhanced functionality using latest SAP technologies

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing SAP EWM implementations or similar warehouse management system projects
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to guide technical and consulting teams
• Deep knowledge of SAP EWM modules, configuration, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in complex technical environments
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and emerging technologies in supply chain management
• Clear communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
