SAP S/4 Process Integration Lead (Finance & Supply Chain) – Consumer Goods

Accenture is hiring a SAP S/4 Process Integration Lead to build enterprise solutions in our Finance & Supply Chain practice, based in Atlanta, Fulton County. This full-time position places you at the center of digital transformation for leading consumer goods organizations, where you'll architect and execute mission-critical SAP implementations that drive operational excellence.

About the Role

As a SAP S/4 Process Integration Lead, you'll take ownership of complex finance and supply chain initiatives, guiding organizations through the adoption of modern enterprise resource planning systems. You'll serve as both a technical strategist and business advisor, bridging the gap between client objectives and solution design. Your leadership will ensure that integrated processes create measurable value—from planning and procurement through order-to-cash cycles—while embedding artificial intelligence and automation into every workflow.

What You'll Do

• Lead SAP S/4 implementation and optimization programs for major consumer goods clients
• Design integrated process solutions spanning finance (FI/CO), supply chain (MM, SD), and procurement workflows
• Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation into business processes and delivery methodologies
• Manage stakeholder alignment across technical teams, business leadership, and end users
• Develop implementation roadmaps, drive vendor management, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution
• Mentor team members and develop SAP talent through modern, hands-on delivery approaches

What We're Looking For

• Deep SAP S/4 expertise, particularly in Finance (FI/CO) and Supply Chain (MM, SD) modules
• Proven experience leading process integration projects from blueprint through go-live
• Strong background in finance and supply chain operations for manufacturing or consumer goods
• Experience architecting solutions that incorporate emerging technologies and process automation
• Leadership experience managing diverse cross-functional teams and complex client relationships
• Master's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
