SAP EWM Manager – CMT

Accenture seeks an experienced SAP EWM Manager - CMT to join our consulting practice in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County. In this full-time position, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced warehouse management solutions for enterprise clients, leveraging SAP Extended Warehouse Management technology to optimize supply chain operations and drive competitive advantage.

About the Role

As a SAP EWM Manager within Accenture's SAP practice, you will drive the successful implementation and optimization of warehouse management systems for mid-market and enterprise organizations. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, positioning you to influence how modern supply chain solutions transform client operations and business performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams through SAP EWM implementation and transformation projects from initiation through deployment
• Design warehouse management process solutions aligned with client business requirements and operational constraints
• Oversee system configuration, testing, and go-live activities to ensure successful adoption
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, manage expectations, and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and team members on SAP EWM methodologies and best practices
• Stay current with SAP innovations and industry trends in warehouse operations and supply chain technology

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing SAP EWM implementations or enterprise warehouse management system projects
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, particularly warehouse operations
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience in consulting or enterprise environments
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• SAP EWM certification or expert-level product knowledge
• Willingness to travel to client locations as project needs require
