About the Role

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Real Estate Technology, you'll partner with leading organizations to architect and implement service delivery platforms that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enable growth across their real estate portfolios. This is a hands-on consulting role that combines strategic advisory with hands-on platform expertise, positioning you as a trusted technical partner to C-suite and operational leadership at some of the country's largest real estate firms.

What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise technology assessments and business case development for real estate clients considering platform modernization or new capability deployment
• Design and oversee implementation strategies for service delivery systems serving property portfolios, lease administration, facilities management, and capital planning workflows
• Translate business requirements into platform configuration, custom development roadmaps, and change management plans tailored to real estate operations
• Collaborate with client stakeholders across property management, finance, legal, and operations to align technology solutions with strategic priorities
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of service delivery methodologies and reusable intellectual property
• Support client teams through go-live phases, optimization cycles, and post-deployment performance tuning

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of consulting or technology advisory experience, including proven expertise with Service Now, Nuvolo, or comparable enterprise platforms
• Demonstrated success delivering complex technology implementations for real estate, property management, or similar asset-intensive industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous business challenges into clear technical requirements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
