This position sits within Deloitte’s Investment Wealth Management practice, focusing on delivering industry‑specific solutions that enable clients to navigate regulatory changes, technological disruption, and evolving investor expectations. You will partner with project stakeholders to design and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead consulting engagements that assess clients’ strategic priorities and identify opportunities for wealth‑management growth.
• Facilitate workshops with senior executives to co‑create transformation roadmaps and performance‑improvement plans.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform product development, service enhancements, and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Manage cross‑functional project teams, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop client‑facing presentations and executive summaries that communicate insights, recommendations, and expected business outcomes.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies affecting wealth management and advise clients accordingly.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus.
• Minimum of five years of experience in wealth management, financial services consulting, or a comparable industry‑solutions role.
• Proven ability to structure complex problems, develop data‑driven recommendations, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of wealth‑management business models, asset‑management platforms, and regulatory environments (e.g., SEC, FINRA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience facilitating workshops and presenting to C‑level audiences.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities, including budget tracking, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites within the region as needed.
