About the Role

In this role you will partner with sales, operations, and finance teams to shape pricing decisions that support profitable growth. You will own the end‑to‑end pricing workflow for both new and existing offerings, ensuring that quotes are accurate, competitive, and aligned with corporate objectives.

What You'll Do

• Provide strategic pricing guidance and maintain the pricing process for current and prospective customers.
• Develop detailed item estimates for new products and revisions to existing items, using cost data and market insights.
• Manage the quoting lifecycle, from request generation to final approval, while tracking key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional groups including sales, product management, and supply chain to identify pricing opportunities that enhance margin.
• Analyze pricing trends and competitor activity to recommend adjustments that keep the portfolio competitive.
• Maintain pricing documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in pricing analysis, estimating, or a similar analytical role within manufacturing, packaging, or a related industry.
• Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with pricing or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication abilities to convey complex pricing concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a track record of delivering accurate estimates and quotes on schedule.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
