Requirements
- Proven track record in senior resource or capability leadership roles within a complex organisation
- Strong experience in strategic resource planning and workforce development
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Civil Service or large public sector environments (highly valued)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to deliver results within a defined timeframe in a fast-paced environment
