About the Role

Marvin is seeking a full-time Production Associate for our day shift team in Casselton. In this hands-on position, you'll be part of our manufacturing workforce that fabricates and assembles windows and doors for residential and commercial customers. You'll work in a collaborative environment where safety is embedded in everything we do, and our experienced training team will ensure you're equipped with the skills to succeed from day one.

What You'll Do

• Operate hand tools and power equipment including saws, drills, and nail guns to fabricate and assemble window and door components
• Follow safety protocols and best practices throughout your shift to maintain a secure work environment
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet Marvin's standards
• Contribute to team goals by working efficiently and collaboratively with production team members
• Maintain your work station and equipment in good working order
