Brand Ambassador – Appointment Setter

Marvin is hiring a Brand Ambassador – Appointment Setter in Everett, Middlesex County on a part-time basis. You'll be the voice connecting homeowners to Infinity Replacement, Marvin's direct-to-consumer window and door solution that brings premium home upgrades directly to customers with expert consultation and professional installation.

About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador – Appointment Setter, you're the first touchpoint for homeowners interested in upgrading their windows and doors. You'll engage customers, share how Infinity Replacement works, and schedule in-home consultations with qualified leads. This is a customer-facing position where your enthusiasm and communication skills drive real connections with people ready to invest in their homes.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to prospective homeowners and introduce Infinity Replacement's premium window and door products
• Qualify leads and schedule in-home consultations with interested customers
• Build rapport by explaining how Marvin's fiberglass products solve real homeowner needs
• Track appointments and maintain accurate customer records
• Represent the Marvin brand with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm
• Meet appointment-setting targets and contribute to team goals

What We're Looking For

• Strong conversational skills and genuine comfort talking with homeowners
• Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and communicate product value
• Organized, reliable, and committed to meeting commitments
• Positive attitude and resilience in a results-driven environment
• Experience in sales, customer service, or appointment scheduling is a plus
• Available for part-time hours in the Everett area
