What You'll Do

• Answer customer and dealer inquiries about product features, capabilities, and proper use
• Guide customers through warranty processes and address coverage-related questions with clarity
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide step-by-step guidance to resolve problems
• Build and nurture relationships with customers through responsive, professional communication
• Document customer interactions and feedback to support service improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex concerns and ensure complete resolution
