About the Role

You'll work rotating shifts, including every other weekend and rotating holidays, providing direct patient care in our progressive care environment. This E3-level position is designed for graduate nurses and recently licensed RNs ready to build clinical expertise in a supportive, team-driven setting where your assessments and interventions directly shape patient recovery.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and deliver evidence-based nursing care to assigned patient populations
• Administer medications, treatments, and clinical procedures while monitoring patient tolerance and outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional care team
• Document nursing notes, vital signs, and patient progress in the electronic health record system
• Respond to patient and family needs with clinical judgment and compassionate communication
• Contribute to unit-based quality and patient safety initiatives
• Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate seamless care

What We're Looking For

• Current Connecticut RN license or eligibility for licensure as a registered nurse
• Graduate Nurse status or current RN licensing
