About the Role

This graduate nurse position features the third shift schedule (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM), working every third weekend and alternating holidays. You'll develop clinical expertise in labor and delivery nursing under direct supervision, while contributing to safe, evidence-based maternity care. You'll be part of a dedicated team supporting mothers and newborns at a critical moment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct patient care throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
  • Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs and clinical status
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, midwives, and healthcare teams
  • Educate patients and families about birth and recovery
  • Maintain clinical documentation and coordinate patient care plans
  • Build competency in labor and delivery equipment and protocols
  • Support quality improvement and safety initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • RN or GN licensure (current or within eligibility period)
