About This Position

Accenture seeks a skilled MES PAS-X Consultant to deliver high-impact manufacturing technology solutions. You'll partner with Fortune 500 and mid-market enterprises to architect, configure, and deploy Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) that drive productivity, compliance, and competitive advantage. This role combines hands-on technical consulting with strategic advisory work—partnering directly with C-suite stakeholders and operational teams to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions. You'll work from our William Penn Annex East office, collaborating with Accenture's global network of consultants and engineers to solve complex manufacturing challenges across industries.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement MES PAS-X solutions tailored to enterprise client requirements, ensuring alignment with manufacturing strategy and operational goals
• Conduct requirements analysis, process mapping, and gap assessments to identify technology and workflow optimization opportunities
• Guide clients through system configuration, customization, and deployment—managing timelines and success metrics from kickoff through go-live
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and supply chain to integrate MES solutions with existing enterprise systems
• Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer resources to ensure client teams maximize system value post-deployment
• Support continuous improvement and post-implementation optimization, identifying process enhancements and system refinements based on real-world performance data

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience implementing or configuring Manufacturing Execution Systems, MES platforms, or related production control technologies
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, Six Sigma, or industrial operations management
• Technical proficiency with system design, data modeling, and process automation concepts
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills—comfortable presenting to executives and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to synthesize information across complex business and technical domains
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
