As a Retail Associate at Converse Carlsbad, you'll be the face of our brand, creating memorable shopping experiences for customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Core Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide expert product guidance across our Converse footwear and apparel collection
• Complete sales transactions accurately and promote loyalty programs and special offers
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, keeping displays and store shelves organized and appealing
• Receive, stock, and manage inventory with attention to detail and accuracy
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive shopping atmosphere
