What You'll Do
- Analyze utility data and building performance metrics to identify savings opportunities.
- Develop customized energy roadmaps for commercial and industrial properties.
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to implement efficiency projects.
- Monitor project outcomes, verify savings, and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
- Stay current on regulatory changes, incentive programs, and emerging technologies.
- Support client presentations and workshops that showcase energy‑related value.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential projects and prioritize based on ROI and risk.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in energy management, sustainability consulting, or corporate real estate.
- Proficiency with energy‑audit tools, utility bill analysis, and benchmarking platforms (e.g., ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Knowledge of local Washington State energy codes and incentive programs is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
