MIS Executive

JLL is seeking a dedicated MIS Executive to join our Noida office, where you'll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our management information systems and IT infrastructure.

Position Summary

As MIS Executive at JLL in Noida, UP, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the systems, databases, and IT operations that enable our business to function smoothly. This full-time role bridges IT and business operations, requiring both technical proficiency and strong communication skills to serve stakeholders across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise management information systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
• Support system users across departments by troubleshooting issues, providing technical guidance, and documenting solutions
• Manage databases, system backups, and data integrity protocols to protect critical business information
• Monitor system performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, user access, and operational procedures
• Assist in implementing and configuring business applications and tools used across the organization

What You Bring

• Technical foundation in information systems, IT operations, or a related field with proven hands-on experience
• Strong knowledge of database management, system administration, or ERP systems
