Role Overview

As Manager - Transitions at JLL's Gurugram office, you'll own the planning, coordination, and execution of major workplace transitions for enterprise clients. Whether overseeing office relocations, workplace consolidations, technology integrations, or broader organizational change, you'll ensure smooth execution, minimize operational disruption, and maximize stakeholder engagement throughout the transition lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with client objectives
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to orchestrate complex workplace moves and facility reconfigurations
• Lead stakeholder communication strategies, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment through each transition phase
• Monitor project performance against key milestones, identify emerging risks, and implement corrective actions
• Serve as primary client contact, building trust and delivering transition strategy guidance throughout engagement lifecycle
• Capture transition insights and drive continuous process improvement for future client engagements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, real estate, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex projects, workplace transitions, or organizational change
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams, vendor relationships, and diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong project management capabilities including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and project management software
• Willingness to travel as required for client project delivery
