About the Role
As a Senior Real Estate & Marketplace Analyst, you will sit within Nike's Store Development team and report to the Director of Real Estate Operations. The position connects real estate planning, business strategy, and performance analysis, giving you direct influence over where and how Nike shows up for consumers. Expect close, cross-functional collaboration with Nike Direct, Marketplace Strategy, Finance, Legal, and Analytics partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze real estate and marketplace opportunities to inform Nike's North American footprint decisions.
- Translate financial, location, and consumer data into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Partner with Nike Direct and Marketplace Strategy teams to align store plans with broader commercial goals.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Analytics to evaluate deals, performance, and risk.
- Support the Director of Real Estate Operations on strategic projects shaping Nike's physical presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate analysis, marketplace strategy, business analytics, or a closely related field.
- Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and build a clear, persuasive narrative.
- Comfort working across multiple stakeholder groups, including finance, legal, and strategy teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of influencing business decisions.
- Ability to work on-site in West Slope, Washington County, as this is not a remote role.
