Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and refine financial models, budgets, and forecasts that guide strategic planning.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Prepare reporting packages and presentations for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to support data-driven decisions and resource allocation.
• Continuously improve planning processes, tools, and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related finance discipline.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with confidence working in spreadsheets and financial systems.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work on-site in Glendale and Denver as a full-time team member.
