As a Senior Product Developer within Jordan Apparel's North America Local Creation team, you will guide apparel programs through the entire development journey, translating creative vision into manufacturable, commercially viable product. Based in West Slope, Washington County, this position sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and production, making it ideal for a developer who thrives on turning concepts into finished apparel.
Key Responsibilities
- Move seasonal apparel from early concept through full commercialization, balancing creative intent with technical feasibility.
- Collaborate daily with Product and Design partners to refine construction, materials, and fit.
- Coordinate across NIKE and Jordan groups, including GLAM, Sourcing & Costing, and triad teams spanning multiple offices and business units.
- Work hand-in-hand with global manufacturing partners to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Champion strong cross-functional communication to keep development milestones aligned and on track.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in apparel or footwear product development, ideally taking products from concept to launch.
- Confident cross-functional collaborator able to influence design, sourcing, costing, and manufacturing stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of garment construction, materials, and the commercialization process.
- Comfort partnering with global manufacturing and triad teams across locations and time zones.
- Detail-oriented problem solver who keeps complex, multi-partner programs moving forward.
