About the Role

As a Sr. Analyst, Government Property Compliance at RTX Corporation, you will serve as a key steward of government-owned property across the company's programs. This is a fully onsite position based at RTX's Windsor Locks facility, where you will help maintain compliance with federal regulations and contractual obligations governing the management of government property.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle management of government property, including acquisition, receipt, recordkeeping, utilization, and disposition.
• Ensure adherence to applicable federal acquisition regulations and program or contract requirements.
• Maintain accurate property records and support audits, self-assessments, and internal reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, resolve, and prevent compliance gaps.
• Support the implementation of property control procedures consistent with government standards.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required, as access to information under this program and contract is limited to U.S. citizens.
• No active security clearance is required for this position.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and recordkeeping skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and apply compliance requirements within a regulated environment.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Windsor Locks, Hartford County location.
