About the Role
This Engineering Finance SETC Analyst role focuses on delivering comprehensive financial analysis and reporting support for complex technical programs. Working in our Tucson, Arizona location, you'll be an integral part of the financial planning process, helping ensure program profitability and strategic alignment while supporting engineering teams in achieving their objectives.
What You'll Do
- Analyze financial data and program costs to support engineering and technical program leadership
- Develop and maintain program-level budget forecasts and financial reports
- Assess program cost performance and identify trends affecting financial outcomes
- Prepare financial analysis summaries and dashboards for management decision-making
- Support cost estimation activities for new initiatives and proposals
- Work collaboratively with engineering, program management, and finance teams to ensure financial accuracy
- Document financial processes and maintain compliance with company standards
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, or closely related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or program finance
- Proficiency with financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain financial concepts to technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functional teams
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company-sponsored immigration
