About the Role
As a Licensed P&C Professional, you'll combine your insurance expertise with a customer-first approach to help members protect what matters most. You'll build relationships, address coverage needs, and provide thoughtful recommendations that align with each family's unique situation.
What You'll Do
- Consult with military members and their families to assess property and casualty insurance needs
- Present and explain P&C coverage options, including auto and homeowners policies
- Process applications, quotes, and policy changes with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver knowledgeable, personalized service that reflects USAA's commitment to member satisfaction
- Stay current with insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Respond to member inquiries and resolve coverage questions promptly
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain one)
- Demonstrated experience in P&C sales or service roles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain insurance concepts clearly
