About the Role
As a Food Service Utility team member, you'll support our daily kitchen and food preparation operations at our facility located at 1101 East Third Street in Siler City, NC 27344. This is a full-time position with morning (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) or evening (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) shift options, Monday through Friday.
What You'll Do
- Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation and cooking tasks
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations to health code standards
- Handle washing, storage, and rotation of dishes, utensils, and food containers
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain a safe, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Follow food safety protocols and company procedures consistently
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and food service staff
What We're Looking For
- Prior food service or kitchen experience is preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and follow safety and food handling procedures
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout your shift
