About the Role
As a Senior Zuora Billing Implementation Specialist with EY's Oracle Services practice, you'll direct end-to-end deployment projects from initial assessment through production launch. You'll combine technical expertise with strategic advisory to help enterprises modernize their billing infrastructure. This position balances hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, positioning you at the center of high-stakes client engagements.
What You'll Do
- Lead Zuora Billing platform implementations, managing scope, timelines, and client expectations
- Architect billing system designs that support modern subscription, usage-based, and hybrid revenue models
- Design and oversee integrations between Zuora and Oracle Cloud environments
- Guide technical teams through solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases
- Partner with finance and operations stakeholders to align systems with business requirements
- Provide implementation expertise and thought leadership to drive client success
