EY is hiring a Technical Lead and Architect for Oracle Services in Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota. In this full-time role, you'll lead the design, strategy, and delivery of Oracle Cloud Applications solutions for enterprise clients across the nation.
About the Role
EY's Oracle Services practice partners with leading organizations to transform their enterprise applications. As a Technical Lead and Architect, you'll be the strategic technical authority driving Oracle Cloud Applications implementations—from initial planning through successful deployment. You'll guide cross-functional teams, establish best practices, and ensure that each engagement delivers measurable business value.
What You'll Do
- Architect Oracle Cloud Applications solutions tailored to client business requirements and technical constraints
- Lead technical teams through the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud implementations, driving quality and timeliness
- Develop and present technical strategy and recommendations to client executive teams
- Mentor consulting team members on Oracle Cloud technical best practices and implementation approaches
- Establish governance, risk management, and quality standards for Oracle Services engagements
- Collaborate with EY's broader consulting network to deliver large-scale transformation initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Applications and/or Oracle E-Business Suite
- Proven track record in a technical leadership or solution architecture role
- Experience successfully delivering large-scale enterprise Oracle implementations
- Ability to manage complex technical environments and stakeholder expectations
- Strong communication skills—equally comfortable explaining technical solutions to executive sponsors and engineering teams
- Leadership experience managing and developing technical professionals
