What You'll Do
- Administer employee benefits enrollment processes and maintain accurate records in our benefits management systems
- Process benefit payments and billing transactions, reconciling accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor and ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and applicable state benefits regulations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, plan options, and enrollment procedures
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and benefits vendors to support effective benefits delivery
- Prepare reports and documentation supporting benefits audits and regulatory compliance reviews
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience administering employee benefits programs within the United States
- Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration software platforms
- Knowledge of federal and state benefits compliance frameworks, including ERISA and ACA
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working across different departments and external partners
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
