The Packaging I position supports our manufacturing and operations team at our Eden Prairie facility in Hennepin County, ensuring products meet quality standards before they reach customers relying on advanced manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare, and consumer product innovation. As a second shift team member, you'll work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where precision and attention to detail directly impact how our solutions arrive to global customers.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, assemble, and inspect products according to specifications and established quality standards
- Apply labels, documentation, and protective packaging materials with accuracy
- Load, palletize, and organize shipments for domestic and international delivery
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized packaging workspace
- Follow standard operating procedures and facility safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and throughput targets
- Report quality concerns and equipment issues to supervisors promptly
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to commit to second shift schedule
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Physical capability to perform packaging duties, including standing, lifting, and repetitive motions
