Senior Clinical Research Associate/Clinical Research Associate – All US Locations – FSP

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Boston, Suffolk County. This is a full-time position supporting the successful execution of clinical research studies across multiple sites.

Role Overview

As a Clinical Research Associate at Parexel, you'll manage on-site oversight of clinical trials, ensuring studies progress smoothly from initiation through close-out. You'll be the primary liaison between the sponsor's research team and the investigator sites, maintaining accountability for protocol compliance, data accuracy, and regulatory adherence. Your collaborative approach and attention to detail will be essential to delivering high-quality research outcomes on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day study operations at assigned clinical research sites
• Verify protocol adherence and ensure regulatory compliance at each site
• Conduct regular audits of study documentation and electronic records
• Monitor participant recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities
• Facilitate communication between sponsors, investigators, and site staff
• Identify and resolve study-related issues in a timely manner
• Prepare and maintain accurate study records and regulatory documentation

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA regulations
• Experience in clinical research or equivalent professional background
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Commitment to data integrity and quality standards
