Parexel is seeking a Principal Scientist III – Synthetic Chemist (FSP) to join our team in Glendale, Denver, where you will support a client‑based project in Rahway, New Jersey.
About the Role
As a full‑time Parexel FSP employee, you will be embedded onsite at a client facility, contributing to advanced process chemistry initiatives that drive drug development programs. What You'll Do
- Design and execute synthetic routes for complex small‑molecule intermediates.

- Maintain laboratory safety standards and ensure compliance with SOPs.

What We're Looking For
- Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Proven expertise in multi‑step synthesis, purification, and characterization of pharmaceutical compounds.
- Strong familiarity with modern analytical techniques (NMR, LC‑MS, HPLC).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering results on schedule.
- Experience with FSP or contractor models is a plus.
