In this full-time role, you'll lead client engagements focused on procurement strategy, strategic sourcing transformation, and operational value capture—partnering with enterprise organizations to unlock cost savings and improve operational effectiveness.
About the Role
Our operations consulting team helps organizations identify and capture operational value through rigorous process analysis, procurement excellence, and strategic transformation. As a Manager, you'll lead high-impact client engagements, direct junior consultants, and translate complex operational challenges into actionable strategies that drive measurable results in cost, speed, and organizational capability.
What You'll Do
- Lead operations consulting projects with emphasis on procurement strategy and strategic sourcing optimization
- Assess client operations to uncover opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction
- Develop customized operational improvement strategies and implementation roadmaps
- Manage engagement teams, mentor consultants, and ensure project delivery quality
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior client leaders
- Travel to client sites as required (up to 60%)
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years in operations consulting, operational improvement, or strategy roles
- Demonstrated expertise in procurement, sourcing, supply chain operations, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to develop compelling business cases
- Excellent stakeholder communication and influence skills across organizational levels
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements in a dynamic consulting environment
