About the Role
As a Franchise Business Consultant based in Chicago, you will partner directly with Pearle Vision franchise locations to support day-to-day performance and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Pearle Vision franchise owners and teams within the Chicago, Cook County market.
- Guide locations on operational best practices that improve the patient care experience.
- Help franchisees identify opportunities for development and stronger business outcomes.
- Champion a people-focused, community-centered approach to eye care service.
