About the Role
As Senior Manager of RDMA Fabric Design & Engineering, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of next-generation network fabric systems. This full-time position combines technical leadership with strategic oversight, positioning you to shape how Oracle delivers ultra-low-latency, high-throughput interconnect solutions at enterprise scale.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the engineering strategy for distributed RDMA fabric architecture across multiple data centers and cloud regions
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams responsible for network fabric design, performance validation, production deployment, and operational automation
- Drive end-to-end architectural decisions that optimize for latency, throughput, reliability, and cost across large-scale deployments
- Own the roadmap for fabric scaling, performance optimization, and technology adoption aligned with AI, HPC, and enterprise cloud workload requirements
- Partner with infrastructure, platform, and customer-facing teams to align fabric capabilities with business objectives
- Oversee testing frameworks, deployment pipelines, and monitoring systems ensuring production fabric reliability and performance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing large-scale network infrastructure or datacenter fabric systems, ideally with RDMA, InfiniBand, or equivalent high-performance interconnect technologies
- Strong background in network architecture, systems design, and operational excellence at enterprise scale
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through complex engineering initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Deep understanding of performance optimization, latency reduction, and reliability engineering for distributed systems
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, HPC systems, or AI and machine learning infrastructure is highly valued
- Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization
