About the Role
As a Senior Loan Support Analyst, you'll serve as a critical member of our commercial lending team, providing essential support for asset-backed financing transactions. You'll combine technical expertise with attention to detail to ensure smooth loan operations, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction throughout the lending lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Process and prepare loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform asset verification and validate loan collateral documentation for asset-backed financing transactions
- Coordinate with underwriting, origination, and portfolio management teams to resolve loan exceptions and operational issues
- Maintain loan records and system data with precision, updating status tracking and compliance documentation
- Review loan agreements and facility terms, flagging discrepancies or compliance concerns for senior staff
- Communicate with clients, internal stakeholders, and third parties to gather information and provide status updates
- Support portfolio management activities, including monitoring loan covenants and reporting requirements
- Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in loan support, loan operations, or commercial lending administration
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation, compliance requirements, and commercial lending practices
