What You'll Do

• Manage loan documentation, processing, and ongoing servicing for commercial agency accounts
• Support commercial lending partnerships by coordinating communications between internal teams and agency partners
• Review loan files for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
• Resolve complex servicing inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
• Maintain detailed records and loan data systems with high accuracy
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate across teams to support loan origination, administration, and portfolio management
• Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in loan servicing, commercial lending support, or related financial services roles
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation and agency servicing practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with loan servicing systems and MS Office
• Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external partners
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in lending
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a team setting
