Sales Assistant – PNC Wealth Management

PNC is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant – Wealth Management to join its Scottsdale, Maricopa County team on a full‑time basis.

About the Role

In this position you will support financial advisors and wealth management professionals by handling administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations within the Scottsdale office.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and maintain client files, investment proposals, and performance reports.
• Schedule meetings, calls, and follow‑ups between advisors and clients.
• Process account openings, transfers, and routine transactions in compliance with firm policies.
• Update and manage client data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with marketing material distribution and event coordination for client outreach programs.
• Monitor regulatory deadlines and help advisors meet compliance requirements.
• Handle incoming client inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team member when needed.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, expense reporting, and supply management.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a financial services, administrative, or client‑support role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM or wealth‑management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional telephone manner.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client information.
• Team‑oriented mindset and a willingness to learn about investment products and services.
