About the Role

As a Scientist III - Analytical Chemistry and Molecular Biology, you will join Parexel's Functional Service Provider (FSP) team as a full-time employee on a long-term assignment embedded onsite with one of our clients. This is a hands-on laboratory position supporting high-throughput, pre-formulation, and pre-qualification scientific work. Please note that this role does not offer visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Support high-throughput analytical workflows across pre-formulation and pre-qualification activities.
• Apply analytical chemistry and molecular biology techniques to advance client research and development objectives.
• Generate, document, and interpret experimental data with accuracy and scientific rigor.
• Collaborate closely with onsite client teams to meet project milestones and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with established laboratory protocols, safety practices, and data-integrity requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in analytical chemistry and molecular biology, consistent with a Scientist III level.
• Practical familiarity with high-throughput and pre-formulation laboratory methods.
• Strong attention to detail in data capture, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively onsite within a client-embedded team environment.
• Authorization to work without the need for sponsorship.
