About the Role
Our Private Duty New Grad RN Program is designed for nurses early in their journey who want a steadier, more supportive environment to develop strong foundational skills. As a New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) in Plymouth, you will deliver one-on-one care in the home, working closely with experienced clinicians who guide your progress every step of the way. The position offers hourly pay of $50–$54 per hour, with flexible overtime opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-to-one private duty nursing care to patients in a home setting
- Apply and strengthen core clinical skills under hands-on, day-one training
- Partner with an assigned mentor to receive individualized coaching and feedback
- Monitor patient status and respond to evolving care needs in a calm, focused environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional nursing standards
Qualifications
