Senior Clinical Research Associate – Texas/Central US – FSP

Parexel is hiring a Senior Clinical Research Associate in Concord, Merrimack County to lead site management and regulatory oversight for sponsor-initiated clinical trials. This is a hands-on, field-based position for an experienced CRA ready to drive compliance, data integrity, and patient safety across complex research programs.

About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Research Associate, you'll manage direct site relationships and oversee trial operations according to ICH GCP standards and sponsor protocols. You'll conduct regular on-site and remote monitoring visits, coordinate with research sites, and ensure each study maintains the highest standards of regulatory compliance and data quality. Your work spans protocol implementation, site problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to keep programs on track.

What You'll Do

• Execute site monitoring activities and manage ongoing site relationships for multiple sponsor-funded trials
• Verify protocol compliance, data accuracy, and completeness through source data reviews and site audits
• Document all site interactions in CTMS and maintain detailed records of monitoring findings and corrective actions
• Communicate with sites on enrollment, enrollment data, safety reports, and regulatory requirements
• Support sites with protocol questions, training needs, and operational challenges during study conduct
• Track adverse events and safety signals; escalate critical issues according to sponsor procedures
• Prepare and present monitoring reports; serve as the clinical liaison between Parexel and research sites

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate or equivalent role in phase II–IV clinical trials
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and regulatory expectations for sponsor-led studies
• Solid experience with CTMS platforms and electronic data capture (EDC) systems
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build trust with research teams
• Willingness to travel regularly to assigned study sites
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant clinical research credentials valued
